What co·Life is

co·Life is a household organizer — shared calendar, expenses, notes, and members' info for your household. It is provided by RMATAKOV, vl. Robert Mataković (OIB 16585545644), Borongaj aerodrom 5, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia. It is currently provided free of charge.

Your account

You must be an adult to create an account. Keep your sign-in credentials safe; you are responsible for activity under your account. Each account belongs to exactly one household. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you enter about your household's members, including any children.

Your content

Everything you put into co·Life belongs to you. We claim no ownership and no rights over your content beyond what is technically necessary to operate the service (storing it, backing it up, showing it to your household members, and sending the notifications you configure).

Acceptable use

Don't use co·Life for anything unlawful, don't attempt to access other households' data, don't probe or disrupt the service's security, and don't abuse the service (for example, by automated bulk signup or spam).

Availability and liability

co·Life is provided "as is", without warranties, on a best-effort basis — it is a small independent service and outages or data-loss incidents, while unlikely, are possible; keep copies of anything irreplaceable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service (currently: nothing). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Croatian or EU consumer law.

Ending the relationship

You can stop using co·Life and delete your household (and with it all your data) at any time in Settings. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, after contacting you where reasonably possible.

Changes to these terms

If we materially change these terms, we'll announce it in the app or by email before the change takes effect. Continued use after the change means acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Croatian law. If you are a consumer in the EU, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country remain unaffected.
